Ebix

Client: Ebix Industry: Insurance, Education, Healthcare

About: Ebix is an international supplier of On-Demand software and E-commerce services to insurance, financial, e-governance, e-learning and healthcare industries.

Brief: Ebix needed social media services for their clients Dental Decks (B2C) and Oakstone (B2B).

Ebix: Dental Decks

Client: Dental Decks

About: Dental Decks is a Q&A system and method to study for and pass the dental board exam for over 30 years.

Brief: Dental Decks had their social media profiles hacked in 2021 and lost all of their followers. Dental Decks needed organic social media services to connect with dental students (B2C) needing to pass the INBDE.

What I Did: I developed a social media strategy and created social media campaigns for special sponsorships. I partnered with a creative specialist to set up their new social media pages, create content, publish to channels, manage community and customer service, and deliver reporting.
