Inbound Back Office (IBO)
Inbound Back Office (IBO) is a white-label on demand marketing service trusted by hundreds of marketing agencies, marketing consultants, and small businesses throughout the world.
I supported IBO by wearing several hats and providing multiple services across three departments: Organic Social Media, Content Creation, and Paid Media. Since 2021, I’ve worked with over 100+ clients and delivered over 250+ projects to happy clients.
I contributed to the Content Creation team by writing and editing 21+ content pieces for 5+ different clients (some of whom also have their own clients).
The types of content I’ve created has primarily been SEO-optimized articles and landing pages (600-1800 words) and have also extended to short ad copy variations, pillar blog posts (1800-3200 words), video transcripts, 30-day social media calendars, and social-ready Canva template designs.
I’ve worked in every industry imaginable under IBO, and for content creation projects it’s primarily been for clients in industries like Legal, Auto, Manufacturing, Digital Marketing, and Fashion.
The Orlando United Assistance Center (OUAC)
The Orlando United Assistance Center offers support, resources and hope for those impacted by the Pulse tragedy. Founded as a collaboration between the City of Orlando, Orange County Government and Heart of Florida United Way, the OUAC connects individuals and families with community resources to assist with healing.
I partnered with CTS Agency in 2017 and 2018 on projects like the holistic and bilingual OUAC’s “Together Campaign” to raise awareness about the ongoing mental health impacts of Pulse in Orlando.
I contributed to the marketing campaign by focusing on their digital and content needs such as social media content, script writing, and Facebook Video production. The periodic Facebook Live show was called “Together We Talk” and involved an OUAC staff member who interviewed local community members including the mayor, local healthcare companies, and mental health counselors.

“I had the pleasure of working with Cat Trestini during our time together at CTS Agency (previously CT Social). It was quite clear to me that she truly cared about listening to our clients’ needs and worked very hard to deliver content that not only met clients’ expectations, but exceeded them. Outside of being a true professional, she is also a kind and genuine person. If anyone ever came to me looking for help with content creation and marketing strategy, I would not hesitate to recommend Cat Trestini.”
